We’re a café in St. Paul that’s built upon the tremendous value that we place on community.
What started out as a neighborhood café ended up as so much more. Many of our customers are known by name, and our chef’s creations are eagerly anticipated each morning and afternoon.
We hope that you’ll consider stopping by to experience a taste of our community – and maybe some quiche or a sandwich too!

In solidarity with so many others, SHC and our staff will be joining the ICE OUT Statewide Shutdown on Friday (1.23) in search of truth and freedom for our communities. We humbly seek your understanding, compassion and support during these troubling times and our hearts go out to so many of our neighbors whose voices have been shut down, made afraid and families that have been ripped apart.
